Bio-Fitness Principles

The first principle we promote at Bio-fitness is to go outside, as much as possible close to the Nature. In a forest, in a wood, in a park, or simply in one’s own garden. Out there in the wild, Nature provides us with endless training possibilities. Remember: we are animals; we are made to move outside.  The second principle is functional movement. We are not isolating muscles. We are teaching skills: running, climbing, jumping, crawling, lifting, carrying …. This approach has a cascade of benefits …

Bio-Fitness Offer

We designed a special training programme for starters, called Start to move. This program consists of: a first meeting, free of charge and non-binding, during which you will see in detail the Bio-Fitness method and we will assess your situation: your motivation, objectives, possible health problem, logistc constraints and so on ….
Eight live weekly training  sessions of approx. 1 hour and 15 minutes duration, in a “natural” place to be agreed depending on your location (in Brussels area, or Hainaut)….
